Happy Holidays!!

So I’m having an interesting, fun experience this festive season making a holiday jam for Fitness Celebrity John Basedow. The song is called “Lets Make Fitness a Part of Christmas” Its a fun little rap, and I had a blast creating the tune. It seems like everyone else out there was using “Carol of the Bells” as their platform to put a beat behind. I decided to just throw the main melody behind the verse beats, and rock out the chorus’ with some loud ass guitar. The tune is traditionally in 3/4 but I switched it up to flow as 4/4. The hook is pretty bad ass, with amazing female vocals by Caroline Barringer. John has made some videos about it, and will be releasing the whole song soon.
